Continuamos con los domingos Filos\u00f3ficos en Ingl\u00e9s<\/p>\n

After Session 1, where the group had a genuinely rich (and quite intense!) discussion and worked through about ten pages of J\u00fcrgen Habermas, we will continue building on that shared groundwork. The opening sections of the essay are dense but really foundational, and much of the conversation focused on unpacking the conceptual work being done through universal pragmatics.<\/p>\n

In Session 2, we\u2019ll keep moving forward with the same essay and aim to read up to page 88 (PDF page 69). Anyone who feels like finishing the whole text is, of course, very welcome to do so. By this point in the reading, things start to open up: once the methodological framing of the first 15\u201320 pages is in place, the second half becomes easier to digest. Habermas\u2019s project becomes clearer, and the argument starts to feel more concrete as the discussion moves more explicitly into speech act theory.<\/p>\n

The session will pick up exactly where the previous discussion left off and continue exploring the structure of communicative action together.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de la Sesi\u00f3n 1, en la que tuvimos una conversaci\u00f3n muy rica (y bastante intensa) y en la que avanzamos aproximadamente diez p\u00e1ginas del texto de J\u00fcrgen Habermas, continuaremos construyendo sobre ese punto de partida com\u00fan. Las secciones iniciales del ensayo son densas pero muy fundamentales, y buena parte del encuentro estuvo dedicada a ir desentra\u00f1ando el trabajo conceptual que aparece con la pragm\u00e1tica universal.<\/em><\/p>\n

En la Sesi\u00f3n 2, seguiremos con el mismo ensayo y la idea es leer al menos hasta la p\u00e1gina 88 (p\u00e1gina 69 del PDF). Si alguien coge carrerilla, y quiere terminar el texto completo, por supuesto puede hacerlo. Tras atravesar el marco metodol\u00f3gico de las primeras 15\u201320 p\u00e1ginas, la segunda mitad se deja leer con m\u00e1s facilidad: el proyecto de Habermas se vuelve m\u00e1s claro y el argumento empieza a sentirse m\u00e1s concreto una vez entra m\u00e1s directamente en la teor\u00eda de la acci\u00f3n comunicativa.<\/em><\/p>\n

La sesi\u00f3n retomar\u00e1 exactamente donde se qued\u00f3 la discusi\u00f3n anterior y seguiremos explorando junt@s la estructura de la acci\u00f3n comunicativa.<\/em><\/p>\n

Idioma de las sesiones: la actividad ser\u00e1 principalmente en ingl\u00e9s, y un nivel alto ayudar\u00e1 a seguirla. Sin embargo, en el grupo hay muchas personas hispanohablantes (y en general la mayor\u00eda entiende espa\u00f1ol), as\u00ed que si en alg\u00fan momento surge cambiar de idioma para aclarar una idea o facilitar la conversaci\u00f3n, no hay problema. La idea es que el espacio sea c\u00f3modo y accesible para todas las personas que participan.<\/em><\/p>\n
